Refund policy
At Beavicorn, all of our products are printed on demand, especially for you at the time of your order. Because of this personalized production model, we have specific conditions for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or exchange, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (based on delivery tracking) to request a return. Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 60 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Eligibility & Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Packaging: Must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Required Documentation: To start the process, we require a photo of the item(s) in brand-new condition and the return tracking number once shipped.
To start a return, please contact us for information and eligibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Clearance/Sale Items: Items sold on clearance or at final sale pricing. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items, and they may not include original packaging.

Free Items/Gift Cards: Complimentary items or gift cards.

Custom/Personalized Products: Special orders or items personalized specifically for you.

Specific Products: Decals.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or style, we are happy to help you exchange it for the right item. Please contact us to initiate this process. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds and Fees
If you are returning an item simply because you "just don't like it," please note the following conditions for a refund:

Shipping: Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee: Returns for a refund are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you choose a store credit or exchange, the $5 per item restocking fee will be waived.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged due to manufacturer error, or if we shipped you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you.

Process: You must contact us immediately and send clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.

Exclusions: If an item is defective or damaged due to use, this will not be eligible for a replacement.
Shipping & Lost Orders
Return Shipping Cost:

The customer is responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to our return facility. A return shipping label is not provided by Beavicorn.
Order Lost or Delivered:

If an order is lost in transit (confirmed by the tracking number), we will send a replacement.

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we must rely on the tracking information. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, we can offer a 50% store credit towards a new item.
Incorrect Address (Returned to Sender)
If you provide the wrong address and the order is returned to us by the mail carrier:

Reshipping: We will reship it to you. You will need to pay a new shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.

Refund Option: If you choose not to have us reship, we will refund the order total minus the original shipping costs, priority processing, insurance, and a $5 per item restocking fee.

Lost/Destroyed Package: Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier, or they end up lost in transit. In any case in which we do not receive the package back, we can only provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Since all products are printed on demand, we can only cancel or modify orders until they go into processing.

Timing: Processing time is primarily dependent on the number of pending orders we have in our system. Generally, orders can be processed within a few hours of being placed. However, during peak holiday seasons, order processing may take up to 10 days.

Action: Please contact us immediately if you need a cancellation or modification.
Extended Warranty
If you purchased an exclusive 180-day warranty, we will replace the item if it breaks due to normal wear and tear within that time frame. You must send pictures through either Facebook or email prior to the last day of the warranty.
